Alaric Sympathy provides thoughtful, reliable delivery of funeral and sympathy flowers across New York City. We coordinate directly with funeral homes, chapels, synagogues, churches and private residences to ensure your tribute arrives at the right time and is placed with care.

Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery for most funeral and sympathy arrangements when ordered by approximately 2:00pm (Eastern Time), subject to flower availability, courier schedules and weather conditions.

Funeral Home Deliveries

Funeral homes often have strict delivery windows. We coordinate directly with funeral directors to ensure:

  • Arrangements arrive 1–2 hours before the service
  • All pieces are placed appropriately near the casket or urn
  • Any special family instructions are followed

For early morning services, we may deliver the day before with the funeral home’s approval.

Residence & Shiva Deliveries

We deliver condolence arrangements, bouquets and plants to private residences and shiva homes. If the building has restricted access, please provide:

  • Doorman name (if applicable)
  • Apartment number
  • Preferred delivery time window
  • A backup contact number

Delivery Fees

  • Manhattan: Flat-rate fee (varies by distance)
  • Brooklyn: Additional surcharge for travel time
  • Queens: Additional surcharge for travel time
